Your trust is important to us, which is why we take data protection seriously and ensure
appropriate security. We naturally comply with the statutory provisions of the Swiss Federal
Act on Data Protection (FADP), the Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection, the
Telecommunications Act and, where applicable, other data protection provisions, in particular
the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).
So that you know which personal data we collect from you and for which purposes we use it,

1. General

2. Processing of your data for analysis and advertising purposes

3. Disclosure of data to third parties

obligation to do so, or if this is necessary to enforce our rights, in particular to enforce
claims arising from the relationship between you and Escape Company.
In addition, we pass on your data to third parties to the extent necessary in the context of
the use of the website to provide the services you have requested and to analyse your user
behaviour. Where necessary for the purposes mentioned in the first sentence, the data may also
be transferred abroad. Where the website contains links to third-party websites, Escape Company
has no influence on the collection, processing, storage or use of personal data by the third
party after those links are clicked and accepts no responsibility for it.
4. Transfer of personal data abroad
Escape Company is entitled to transfer your personal data to third-party companies (commissioned service providers) abroad where this is necessary for the data processing described in this privacy policy.
